Research supports collagen’s role in improving skin hydration and elasticitysupporting joint health, and promoting gut lining integrity. A 2019 randomized trial in Journal of Drugs in Dermatology found that 10 g of collagen peptides daily significantly improved skin texture and hydration over 12 weeks [1]. Another study showed collagen supplementation reduced joint discomfort and improved mobility in physically active individuals [2].

Clinical research shows that bovine colostrum helps reduce intestinal permeability (leaky gut), supports immune function under stress, and aids in athletic recovery. One study found that colostrum supplementation protected the gut lining from NSAID damage and improved recovery in endurance athletes [1]. Another trial confirmed that colostrum reduced the incidence of upper respiratory infections in physically stressed individuals [2].
